William Mcdougal (82) of Peabody passed away May 31, 2019 at Salem Hospital. William was a lifelong resident of Lynn as he was the son of the late Catherine (Murphy) and Ralph Mcdougal. William was an Air Force Veteran as he served his country for over three years.

William is survived by; his daughter Linda (Mcdougal) Phinney and her lifelong companion Arthur Foote from Rochester, NH; his lifelong companion of 33 years Donna Dingle of Florida; his grandchildren Melanie Mcdonald of Wisconsin, Justine Mcdonald of Wisconsin, Shaylove Delma of NH, Burke Phinney of NH, Andrew Foote of NH, and his great granddaughter Alexa McCarthy.
