IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Wanda M.
Barnett
June 19, 1959 – October 8, 2024
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Wanda M. Barnett on October 8, 2024. Born in Charlestown, MA on June 19, 1959, Wanda was a cherished member of the Salem community. She graduated from Salem High School in 1977 and pursued her passion for learning by obtaining an Associate's Degree from North Shore Community College.
Wanda worked as a medical assistant, phlebotomist, and medical biller. Her caring and nurturing nature made a lasting impact on all that knew her.
Wanda found joy in the simple things in life. She had a love for arts and crafts, spending hours puzzling, searching for treasures at yard sales and her shopping trips to Walmart. Her greatest joys, however, came from spending time with her family, especially her daughter Kerri-Anne Tucker and her husband Patrick of Atkinson, NH her beloved grandchildren, Nolan and Oliver Tucker, her partner of many years Richie Silverman of Seabrook, NH, brother and sisters, Eddie and his wife Ellen and Franny Barnett of Salem, MA and Cindy Reeves and her husband Ben of Maple Shade, NJ. As well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her presence will be sorely missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Wanda's legacy of love, compassion, and dedication will be cherished forever.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents Edward J. Barnett and Lillian (Ouellette) Barnett.
