(Vice President of Research and Development) and Ealing Corporation (Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer).

Bud established his own company, Daedalon Corporation, in 1971. Located in Cambridge and later Salem, Massachusetts, Daedalon designed, manufactured and marketed scientific teaching equipment, electronic instruments and optical research support equipment in the United States and throughout the world. Bud held the office of President until the company was sold in 2007.

A member of the St. Botolph Club of Boston and the Eastern Yacht Club of Marblehead, Bud was also a fellow of the Optical Society of America.
