Theresa S. (Costantino) Gagnon, age 74, of Beverly died late Thursday evening in the Kaplan Family Hospice House, Danvers.
Born in Salem the daughter of the late James and Luzania (Pacheco) Costantino she was raised on High St., Salem. Mrs. Gagnon attended Salem schools and was graduated from Salem High School.
She then married her former husband, the late Rene Richard Gagnon, began her family
and was a stay at home mom for many years. Later, Mrs. Gagnon became a bus monitor aboard special need buses for both the Travel Time Bus Co. and Laidlaw International Inc.. An avid card player, she enjoyed playing poker, going to the Wonderland Dog Track and spending time with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Gagnon is survived by two children Rene Gagnon and his wife Patricia Beckwith of Magnolia and Donna Clifford, R.N. and her husband Charles Clifford of Salem; four grandchildren Ryan Gagnon of Danvers, Tara Gagnon of Salem and Lauren and Eric Clifford of Salem; a brother James Costantino, Jr. of Salem; a sister Frances Gallant of Groveland; a dear cousin Nancy Rowe of Kennebunk, ME; as well as her nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother John Costantino.
Her funeral will be held on Monday at 11:00 A.M. in the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St., (cor of North ST) Salem. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem.
