Stasia (Kolodziej) Swinson, aged 97, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022. Born in Peabody on May 19, 1925 to Anthony Kolodziej and Genevie (Wiktoructor), Stasia grew up in Peabody with her nine other siblings.

Stasia is survived by a sister, Stella Almeida of Peabody, a brother Alexander Kolodziej and his wife Sandra of Salem, her two step-daughters Karen MacIntosh of Amesbury and Kathryn Williams of Gloucester, and too many nieces and nephews to name. Stasia is predeceased by her parents, five brothers and four sisters, and two husbands, Leo Theriault of Salem and Kenneth E. Swinson of Gloucester.

A Funeral Mass for Stasia will be held on Monday, June 27 ^th 2022 at St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, 1 Margin Street, Peabody at 10 AM. Burial will immediately follow the Mass, and will take place at Saint Mary's Cemetery, Salem. Per Stasia's wishes, there will not be a viewing.
