Siomara Turcios, 54, of Salem, died unexpectedly at her home on November 14, 2025. She was born in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala to Rosalia Romero and the late Aquilino Antonio Perez on May 13, 1971. Siomara was married to Gabriel Turcios in 1998 and together went on to have children.

Siomara had a passion for food and was in Culinary and food preparation since 2021. She also completed her GED education in June of 2024. She loved to exercise, dance, go to karaoke, and take part in family traditions.  Siomara was a giver at heart. She was kind, generous, and a lovely host who cooked amazing dishes for all. The memories she created at her home for her family and friends will last a lifetime. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones.

Siomara is survived by her husband Gabriel Turcios, sons John Carlos Turcios-Fitzgerald and his wife Fallon Fitzgerald, Gabriel A. Turcios, and daughter Aaliyah Turcios. She is also survived by her mother Rosalia and stepfather Rene Perez, Aunt Estella and her husband Saul Rivera, along with many other family members.

Visiting hours for Siomara will take place at the Murphy Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 6-8pm. Funeral services will be the following day, November 20 beginning at 9am at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
