Sheila A. Frisch, 67, of Swampscott, MA passed away January 31, 2016 at Massachusetts General Hospital. Sheila was born in Springfield, MA on November 30, 1948 to the late Alfred and Rosemary Frisch. She was raised and educated in Springfield schools, and later earned a Bachelors in Accounting from Northeastern University. Sheila was Vice President of Operations at Cabot Market Letter in Salem and worked there for 40 years.
Sheila had a passion for life, and particularly loved to travel with her daughter Alicia.
She is survived by her daughter Alicia Lindeman of Cambridge, her sister Karen and her husband Philip Pelletier of Georgetown, nephew Jason Pelletier and niece Alison Pelletier both of Georgetown.
She was predeceased by her brothers Midshipman Alfred Frisch, and E. Michael Frisch.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the ALS Foundation or Compassionate Care ALS.
Her funeral will be held from the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St, (Cor. of North St.) Salem, on Friday February 5th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at the Immaculate Conception Church 30 Union St., Salem, MA at 10AM. Visiting hours are Thursday February 4, 2016 from 4-8pm at the Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited to attend.
