Foustoukos, Ruth (Page) — Of Boston, formerly of Arlington May 9 at age 81. Wife of the late William C. Foustoukos. Daughter of the late Earl and Helen (McIntosh) Page, Ruth graduated from Arlington High School with honors and Boston University with a degree in English Literature. She worked in publishing for Harvard University, Addison Wesley, and the Dedham Transcript. After retiring from publishing, she earned her Paralegal Certificate from BU and volunteered in the Boston Bar Association's advocacy center where she received an award for her service. Ruth was an avid reader, loved cooking, classical music, and animals, and was a devoted mother and grandmother. Ruth is survived by two children, Alexandra and her spouse, Maggie Brobeck, of Salem and John M. Foustoukos and his wife, Kim Blouin-Foustoukos of Charlton; three grandchildren, Kyle, Kali, and Nikolas William; and many nieces and nephews including Carl Kimball of Litchfield, NH and Rev. Christopher Foustoukos of Lynnfield, MA. She was predeceased by her sister, Gertrude Kimball formerly of New London, NH.
