Danvers – Ronald A. McIntyre, age 75, of Danvers, passed away peacefully April 8, 2018 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. Son of the late Alvah and Grace (Brehin) McIntyre and husband of Donna (Dolliver) McIntyre, Ronald was born in Ipswich and was raised in Ipswich and Beverly. After graduating from Beverly High School, he went to work at Thermal Circuits in Salem and continued working there for his entire career.
Ronald and Donna lived together at their home in Danvers for over 40 years. He loved to golf, and even hit a hole-in-one. He also loved to travel and went on many cruises to Bermuda and the Caribbean. He had a close group of friends and enjoyed playing cards with the guys.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife Donna, as well as his siblings-in-law: Ellen, Donald, Diane, Joanne, Kenneth, Paula and Mary. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and a large extended family of relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by: his brother Donald LaCourse, his sister Thelma Cummings, and his brothers-in-law Bob, David and Paul Dolliver.
Funeral service for Ronald will take place on Monday April 16, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St. (Corner of North St.) Salem, MA 01970. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan Street, Danvers, MA 01923.
