SALEM- Roger A. Morneau (89), of Peabody, passed away on Wednesday July 27, 2022, at Salem Hospital. Born in Salem, Roger was the son of the late Elaine and Joseph Morneau. In his early years, Roger was a member of the United States Army while serving during the Korean War, doing tours in both Korea and Germany. Upon his honorable discharge, Roger went into working as a truck driver. Outside of his work, Roger spent his time bowling with his friends and family. He was also an avid New England sports fan. Roger will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Roger is survived by: his son Roger Morneau and his wife Kristen of Somersworth, NH; his granddaughter Kiely Morneau of Somersworth, NH, his granddaughter Rachel Morneau and grandson Robert Morneau Jr of Salem, NH and their mother, former daughter in law Dina Morneau; and his brother Albert Morneau. He is also predeceased by his son Robert P. Morneau.
