Robert (Bob) V. Ruscio of Peabody, age 68, passed away unexpectedly on January 30, 2020.  He was the son of the late Francis "Bob" and Irma (Sawyer) Ruscio and grew up in Salem, MA.

Bob had a passion for cars and was the owner of Bob's Carburetor in Salem, MA for many years, a business started by his father.  In addition to his family, Bob had a love for all local sports teams.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patti (Collins).  He was the father of Scott and his wife, Melissa of Londonderry, NH; and Jeff and his wife Maureen of Tewksbury, MA.  He was the brother of Sandra of Danvers, MA; and Frank and his wife Julie of West Newbury, MA. He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren, Sara, Aaron, and Kristina; niece Kimberly Chmura of Miami, FL; nephew Jonathan Chmura and his wife Seanna and their children Harrison and Audrey of Marblehead, MA; and niece Jade Ruscio of Portland, ME.  Bob was also survived by many cousins and friends.

Visiting Hours will take place on Thursday, February 6, 2020  from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home, located at 85 Federal Street, Salem MA. A funeral service will immediately follow the visiting hours at 12PM, also at the Murphy Funeral Home.
