Rita A. (Robare) Bussolari, age 95, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2018, at Grosvenor Park Nursing Home, Salem, MA.  She was born February 12, 1923 in Kingston, MA to the late Arthur and Mary (Govoni) Robare.  She was the wife of the late Angelo E. Bussolari for 63 years.  She is survived by her son Leonard and his wife Caren (Darci) Bussolari of Marblehead, daughter Lynda Bussolari of Woodstock, GA and daughter-in-law Carolyn (Todino) Bussolari, wife of her late son David A. Bussolari, of Danvers, MA.  She is also survived by grandchildren, Cyndi Crivello of Holy Cross, IA, Peter Crivello and wife Erica (Webb) of Woodstock, GA, Jean Marie and Mark Bussolari of Danvers, MA and Amy (Bussolari) Phillips and her husband William of Rockaway, NJ; great grandchildren, Sarah (Crivello) Able and her husband Andrew of Rosenberg, TX, Adam and Madison Crivello of Woodstock, GA and William G. and Olivia Phillips of Rockaway, NJ; and  great, great grandchildren Alexis, Ava and Avery Able of Rosenberg, TX. 

 She is the sister-in-law of Inez Robare of Kingston, MA, wife of her late brother James Robare; sister of the late William Robare and Mary "Mae" (Robare) Sauer; sister-in-law of Quinto Bussolari and Gloria (Bussolari) Resmini and the late Armando, Frank, Leo and Albert Bussolari; and aunt to many nieces and nephews. 

 Rita was a graduate of Quincy Hospital School of Nursing.  She worked as a nurse at Quincy Hospital, Jordan Hospital and Somerville Hospital. 

 Rita and Angelo "Lee" lived in Somerville, MA for many years where they raised their three children.  They enjoyed their retirement traveling and spending many winters in Florida.   Rita especially loved cooking and getting together with her family. They moved to Marblehead, MA in 2006. 

 ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will take place on Saturday February 24, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home, located on 85 Federal St Salem. Funeral services will be held following the visiting hours at 12:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home.
