Gloucester- Philip P. Loring (84), formaly of Boxford and Newburyport, passed away on Tuesday September 15, 2026 at Seacost Nursing Home in Gloucester. Born in Plymouth, Philip was the son of the late Marjorie (Prouty) and Ronald Loring.
