Paul W. Beausoleil, age 58, loving husband of the late Esther Marie (Woodruff) Beausoleil, died unexpectedly on Saturday June 23, 2012 at North Shore Medical Center , Salem Hospital . Born in Peabody, Mr. Beausoleil was the son of the late Raymond and Irene (Nault) Beausoleil. He was a graduate of Salem High School in the class of 1973 and had been a resident in the City all of his life.
Mr. Beausoleil was employed with Parker Brothers in Salem for over 15 years. He was a guillotine cutter for the company and loved his job. Following the closure of Parker Brothers, he joined the staff at Hawthorn Hotel where he worked for many years. He was loved by his co-workers and had received the "Employee of the Month" award for his hard work.
Mr. Beausoleil was an avid model builder. He enjoyed building ships, planes and comic book characters. He also enjoyed comics and had many comic books. Overall, Mr. Beausoleil was a very loving happy guy with many friends and was known by many.
Surviving him are his children, Paula L. Wilson of Salem , Christina Wilson of Dallas , TX and his step son Warren "Mook" Wilson of Tucson, AZ. He was also survivived by his brothers and sisters, Raymond Beausoleil of North Carolina, Neil Beausoleil of Maine, Donna Guy of Beverly, Keith Beausoleil of Massachusetts and Robin Charaud ( of Salem and grandfather of Ashley Beausoleil, Dylan and Gillian Helberg, James "Jimmy" and Jacob Miglionico and Cameron Wilson. He was pre-deceased by his brother David Thomas Beausoleil.
Mr. Beausoleil's Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 3 P.M. at the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St., (cor of North St) Salem. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 2 P.M. to 3 P.M. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
