Patricia R. (Gardner) Sullivan, 90, of Peabody, died peacefully on Sunday, September 15, 2019. Patsy was born and lived in Salem for many years. She was the beloved wife of the late James F. Sullivan, with whom she shared 50 years of marriage. Patsy is survived by two daughters and her dear sister: Maura of South Boston; Kerrie and her husband Tim Pelletier of Salem; and June Cardillo of Newton, NH. She is predeceased by her father and mother, Leonard and Kathleen (Casey) Gardner; and her brothers William and Thomas Gardner.

Patsy had a large extended family and circle of friends that she cherished. She enjoyed spending time with and cooking for everyone. Patsy was an avid sports fan and loved to attend the competitions and activities of her daughters, and her many nieces and nephews. She also enjoyed keeping up with news and public affairs. Patsy was devoted to her Catholic faith and prayer, and she was pleased to support numerous philanthropic organizations. Patsy was a long-time employee of Salem Hospital.

In accordance with Patsy's wishes, public services are not being held. In her honor, donations may be made to Bishop Fenwick High School, 99 Margin St., Peabody, MA 01960.
