Nancy L. Millard, a beloved matriarch and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025, at her home in Hampstead, NH. Born on May 29, 1935, in Lynn, MA, Nancy was a vibrant spirit who brought joy and warmth to everyone she met.  Nancy was the wife of the late Robert L Millard and daughter of the late John and Eleanor (Gilmartin) Scialdone.

A proud graduate of St. Mary's High School in Lynn, Nancy embraced life with enthusiasm and a passion for family. She devoted her years to being a dedicated homemaker, creating a nurturing environment for her loved ones. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Renee Dempsey and husband Dana, her son Dean Millard and wife Catherine, her daughter Ruthann Reed and husband Derek, son in law Paul Hincam and her sisters Mary Paine and Colleen Scialdone.  She was the grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 15.  Nancy was preceded in death by her daughter Robin Hincman, her brother Charles Scialdone and sister Lucilla McCarthy.

Nancy was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching the Boston Celtics, Red Sox, Bruins, and Patriots. Nancy and her husband, Bob, found joy in traveling together, exploring new places and creating lasting memories.

In her spare time, Nancy had a deep interest in astrology, often sharing her insights with family and friends. Her contagious laughter and kind spirit will be profoundly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Funeral services will be held in celebration of her life, providing an opportunity for family and friends to gather and share fond memories of Nancy at the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St, Salem on Friday April 4, 2025 with Visiting hours from 9 to 10:45 am followed by a service at 11 am.  Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Salem.  In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Nancy's memory to the Angel Fund for ALS Research, located at 649 Main St, Wakefield, MA 01880, or via email at theanglefundals@gmail.com.

Nancy's life was a beautiful journey that touched the hearts of many, and she will forever be remembered with love and gratitude.
