MaryBeth Denis (Scullin), 68, passed away on Wednesday April 29, 2020.
She was born in Salem, Massachusetts on June 10, 1951 to her parents William Scullin and
Winifred Scullin (Burke).
MaryBeth grew up in Salem and graduated from Salem High School in 1970. She worked for
many years as an Administrative Assistant at Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Boston. After spending
most of her life in Salem, Mary Beth moved to Lake Worth, Florida with her husband, Roger
Denis.
MaryBeth is survived by her sons. Robert Leedham and his wife Jennifer Leedham of Salem.
Christopher Leedham, also of Salem. A stepdaughter, Tammie Denis of Revere and Robert
Denis of Gloucester. Her sisters, Barbara Teixeira of Revere and Nancy Scullin of Peabody.
And her brother, John Scullin of Georgetown. Her three Grandchildren. Kyle Brunet of
Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Derek Kantorosinski and Andrew Leedham, both of Salem. As well
as many nieces and nephews.
Along with her Parents, MaryBeth was predeceased by her Husband, Roger Denis of Lake
Worth, Florida and her Brother David Scullin of Peabody.
MaryBeth was a very caring woman, and a devoted Wife and Mother who always put the needs
of others ahead of her own. She was very outgoing and a light to all who knew her. She is very
loved and will be greatly missed.
