Mary R. (Thibault) Dooley, 89, passed away Wednesday January 20th at her home in Salem, MA. Mary was the wife of the late Robert J. Dooley.
Mary was born in Salem, MA on January 28, 1926 to Joseph and Josephine Thibault. She was raised in Salem and educated in at St. James Elementary and High School. After graduation she worked at the Public Works office in Boston where she met her late husband. Mary enjoyed being a wife, mother, and nana and was an avid Bingo player in the Salem area.
She is survived by her daughters Patricia Dooley of NY, Janis and her husband Chuck Haserlat of Ipswich, and Catherine and her husband Kevin Donelan of Peabody; and her son Robert Dooley of Salem. She also leaves behind a daughter-in-law, Lori Dooley of Salem; seven grandchildren; Sara Haserlat Halmos and Andrew Haserlat, Brandon Dooley, Amanda Donelan, Kristin and Connor Dooley, and Patricia Dooley, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sisters; Katherine Moore, Agnes McGrane, Eileen Cody, and Pauline Connors and her brother Lawrence Thibault,

Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 9:00AM from the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St. (corner of North St.) Salem, MA. Followed by a funeral mass at 10:00AM in St. James Church, 161 Federal St. Salem. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Monday from 4PM to 8PM in the Murphy Funeral Home. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem.
