Mary E. Morin age 56, wife of Robert Morin of Beverly, died unexpectedly on January 18, 2015 at home. Born in Salem the daughter of the late Richard and Maria (Howlett) Cass, she attended Salem schools, graduating Salem High School in the Class of 1977. She then received her Associates Degree in Accounting. Following her marriage, and beginning her family she became a stay at home mom, caring for her family. She was devoted to her grandchildren and loved arts and crafts and decorating for all the holidays throughout the year.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her three children, Robert Morin of Salem, Matthew Morin and his wife Jackie of Peabody, and daughter Chantel Morin of Lynn. She is also survived by brother-in-law John Morin of Amherst, sister-in-law Patty Morin of Salem, sister-in- law Kim Cass of Beverly, and mother-in-law Rose Morin of Salem. She was a devoted grandmother to her four grandchildren, Emilee, Michael, Tyler and Ella. She was predeceased by her brother Richard "Scooter" Cass.

Her funeral will be held at the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St., (cor of North St.) Salem on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 6:15 P.M. Visiting hours at Murphy Funeral Home prior to the service from 4:00 P.M. to 6:15 P.M. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
