Martin J. Gullotto, age 96, beloved husband of Olivia Nunes Gullotto, died Wednesday afternoon July 29, 2015 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Boston, son of the late Peter and Victoria (Quatrale) Gullotto.



Martin proudly served in the U.S. Army from February 1943 until September 1945, during that time he fought in World War II. Martin was a true inspiration the way he lived his life. He dearly loved his wife, family & friends & his dog, Lucky. He had a way of making everyone smile and laugh. He was a very dedicated hard worker until he retired in his 80's, some of the company's he worked for were Moulton Ladder and Stop & Shop. He loved to sing and dance and continued to do both until his very last days.



Surviving him in addition to his wife are his children John Gullotto of Everett, Manuel Nunes and his wife Fatima of Peabody, Lena Alves and her partner John Caiaze of Peabody, Joe Nunes and his wife Lynne of Peabody, Maria Mota and her husband Jorge of Lowell, Elizabeth Silva and her husband Tony of Salem, Lisa Cabral and her husband Paul of Seabrook, NH, several grandchildren & great grandchildren, also a large extended family.



His Funeral Service will be held at the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St, (corner of North St) Salem on Tuesday August 4, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. Visiting hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday August 3, 2015 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
