Mark Harrison Lessor
October 21, 1969 – December 8, 2024

Mark Harrison Lessor, 55, passed away on December 8, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of complex emotions, cherished memories, and much love. His life had its struggles, including battles with addiction, but that was only part of his story. At his core, Mark was a man with a kind and generous heart.

Born in Salem on October 21, 1969, to Richard and Joan (Ball) Lessor, Mark spent his childhood building model cars, watching The Dukes of Hazzard, and making people laugh. He found joy in simple pleasures, such as feeding the birds and bringing home stray dogs, which reflected his kind and caring nature. Mark left a lasting impression on everyone he met, and his life serves as a powerful reminder of understanding, forgiveness, and unconditional love.

Mark is survived by his mother, Joan Lessor of Salem; his sister, Tracy Lessor of Marblehead; his daughters, Alysha Hamblin of Saco, Maine, and Nicole Lessor of Salem; and his beloved grandchildren, William Boulay and Layla Hamblin of Saco, Maine, who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
