SALEM — Marcia Joan Cronkhite, age 52, of Salem, died at home suddenly, Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010.
Born in Boston, Nov. 4, 1958, one of four beloved and cherished daughters of Joan Dunn Cronkhite of Swampscott and late Leonard W. Cronkhite, MD, she was raised and educated in Marblehead. Following her graduation from Marblehead High School, she attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
She is the devoted sister and sister-in-law of Judith B. Cronkhite and her husband Stefan Weyrauch, Janice S. Cronkhite of Los Angles, and Wendy S. Cronkhite and her husband Michael Donahue of Salem; and two aunts: her aunt, Leigh Dunn of Rockport, and aunt, Elizabeth Ann Dunn of Swampscott. Marcia also leaves her love, Jack Drinkwater of Salem.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral will be held on Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010 at 1 p.m. in the Church of St. Andrew, 135 Lafayette St., Marblehead, MA 01945. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St. (corner of North Street), Salem.
