Luis O. Carrion, age 43, of Beverly died peacefully on May 2, 2014. The son of Luis Orlando Carrion and Carmen (Vasquez) Carrion, he was born on December 31, 1970 in Beverly, Massachusetts. His family later moved to Salem , where he attended Salem schools and Salem High School. He worked as a commercial painter. Luis was a very social man and enjoyed his friends. He loved to run and always challenged his friends to catch up to him. He was very proud of his VW Rabbit. In addition to his parents he is survived by a daughter Christina and a sister, Jenny Carrion of Peabody.

His funeral will be held on Friday at 2:30 P.M. in the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St. (cor of North St) Salem.. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be Friday from 1:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. Interment will be in Central Cemetery, Beverly.
