JudgeVensimal Tejwani, age 95, husband of the late Haansi (Popat) Tejwani of Marblehead died peacefully early Tuesday morning, March 30, 2010, in the Peabody Glen Health Center.
Born and raised in India the son of the late Gulabrai and Shanti Tejwani he was well educated in the 1920's and served as a High Court Judge in the Indian judicial system. Upon his retirement, Judge Tejwani moved to Marblehead to be closer to his family.
He is the father of three children: Nechal, Vanita, and Ganga and the grandfather of nine children: Haya, Neil, Insaf, Aamir, Ravi, Rahkee, Sameer, Soniya, and Vijay.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 3, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. in the Blake Memorial Chapel, Harmony Grove Cemetery, 30 Grove St. Salem.
