Jose Asenjo, age 85, of Peabody died Friday afternoon in the Pilgrim Nursing Home, Peabody.
Born in the Dominican Republic one of 16 children, he is survived by seven children, Awilda, Rosalba, Kirsys, Gaudy, Luis, Magalis and Humberto Asenjo; 16 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 19, 2010 in the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St., Salem from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. to be followed by funeral services at 11:00 A.M in the Murphy Funeral Home.
