John Joseph Hurley, of Fall River, formerly of Framingham,passed away Tuesday March 10, 2020, at the age of 61.

He passed away at his home in Fall River, after a lengthy illness.

He was born February 21, 1959 in Boston, MA, a beloved son of the late Joseph J.  and Jean(Welch) Hurley.

John attended Framingham Public Schools, Marian High School in Framingham, Class of 1977 and attended Northeastern University. He enjoyed reading, watching the Patriots and his beloved cats.

John was employed for a number of years by Nynex, working in the phone center stores, and was a member of CWA Local 1302.

John is survived by his sisters Elisabeth, Mary and Margaret. He is also survived by his brother David.

He was predeceased by his brother Robert and sister Susan.

Services will be held privately per the request of the family.
