Jeanne (Bouley) DeFrancesco, 92, of Topsfield, MA, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday July 15 th , 2020. The loving wife of the late Santo (Sam) DeFrancesco, with whom she shared 66 years of marriage with before his passing in 2015.
Jeanne was born in Salem, MA, on April 14 th , 1928, and was a graduate of Salem High School. Throughout the years Jeanne worked as a bookkeeper for the family business while caring for her family. Jeanne's cooking was beloved by her family who would frequently gather for Sunday dinners and holiday gatherings she hosted. Jeanne and Sam shared an active social life with many friends. Eventually, the couple relocated to Topsfield, MA, in 2000 while wintering in Naples and Bonita Springs, FL. However, Jeanne's greatest joy was time spent with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons: Mark DeFrancesco and his wife Maria of Peabody, Brian and his wife Denise of Rowley, and John and his wife Jacqueline of Peabody. She leaves behind her grandchildren Michael and his wife Teresa, Matthew and his wife Micheli, Jeffrey and his wife Julie, Lea and her husband Michael, Justin, Jillian, Nicholas, and Jeena. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren: Lucas, Gianna, Valentino, Aiden, Natalie, John and Samantha. She also leaves behind her sister Carolyn Gamache of Peabody, and many nieces and nephews.
Jeanne was predeceased by her parents: Blanche and Albert Bouley, her brother Alfred Bouley, and sisters Connie Thompson and Jacqueline Fontana.
Services are being held privately.
