Jane E
Dykeman
September 2, 1946 – August 30, 2020
Jane Dykeman passed away early Sunday morning, August 30th at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at the age of 73.
Jane was born in Melrose and grew up in Stoneham where she resided until moving to Malden when she married her husband Robert J Dykeman in 1983. Jane went through some difficult years, but worked through the adversity and accomplished close to 40 years of sobriety. She was able to share those struggles to help many others with their recovery.
Jane is survived by her husband Robert Dykeman. She leaves behind her daughter Ellen Claveau and her husband Gerard Claveau. She also leaves behind her two granddaughters Carolyn Rose Claveau and Samantha Laurel Claveau. She is predeceased by her parents James MacKaracher and Gertrude MacKaracher, as well as her brother James "Boisse" MacKarcher Jr., who passed before Jane was born. She will be greatly missed by her family.
