James (Jim) Andrew Robinson Jr., 95, passed away Friday, April 10, 2020 after a brief illness at the Kaplan Family Hospice House, Danvers, MA. Jim was born September 25, 1924 to the late James A Robinson Sr. and Bessie Brown Robinson.

Jim served during World War II as an original crewmember on the USS Wisconsin. After the service Jim owned and operated Wilson & Robinson Electrical Contracting in Salem for sixty years. He was an active member of the Salem Rotary Club and the Marblehead Philanthropic Lodge along with the Shriners. He was an avid golfer and a member at Wenham Country Club.

Jim was predeceased by Barbra Phillips Robinson, Joan Douglass Robinson, and Sally Mallaros Robinson along with sisters Phyllis R Layton and Dorothy R Cole.

Jim is survived by sons James Andrew Robinson III (Judy) of Marblehead, David L Douglass (Nanette) of Portola CA., Craig F Robinson (Susan) of Standish ME and Diane D. Bender of Conn. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
