Jackie passed away peacefully at home with her friends and caretakers at her side. She was the daughter of Bernadette T. and the late John S. "Jack" McHugh of Marblehead, MA. Jackie was a kind soul who enjoyed socializing and dining more than anything. She was a resident of Bridgewell Community Housing in Salem. In her younger years, Jackie was a faithful participant in the Special Olympics, where she excelled in her own brand of track and field events. Additionally, she was a frequent attendee of the Morgan Memorial Day Habilitation program, engaging in various work-related activities. Jackie is also survived by her Brother, Bill, sister-in-law, Amy and Nephew, Jack McHugh, all of Marblehead. The family would like to thank Elizabeth Abbey-Stearns for her unwavering commitment to Jackie's health as well as the Bridgewell Staff for the excellent care they provided.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, services will be private. A celebration of life is being planned for a later date.
