Jacqueline "Jackie" Langlois passed away on December 24th, 2024, at Salem Hospital.
Jacqueline was born on February 29th, 1940, in Marblehead, MA to John Osborne and Ethel (Porter) Osborne where she was raised and educated.
She married David Langlois Sr. of Salem, MA on April 18th, 1964, where they remained lifelong residents and had four children. Tiffany Allard, David Langlois Jr, Joseph Langlois, and Heather Langlois.
Jackie worked at Sylvania in Salem, Ma. She later became a Realtor and Property Manager. She had many jobs including her most important Mother and Homemaker. She worked for over 30 years for Whitney Trust of Marblehead, MA. as a Broker and Manager.
She is predeceased by her daughter Heather Langlois, husband David William Langlois, and sisters Jill Wade, Joanne Healey, and Jennifer Manning. As well as parents John and Ethel Osborne.
She is survived by her daughter Tiffany Allard of Sanford, Maine, David Langlois Jr of Haverhill, MA, Joseph Langlois of 29 Palms, CA. She has four Grandchildren Jordan Langlois, Matthew Langlois, Andrew Bell, and Christopher Bell. She has two Great Grandchildren, Allison Edwards and William Edwards. She is survived by her brother John Osborne of Tiverton, RI. She has many Nieces and Nephews whose company she loved and enjoyed.
She was a member of St. Peters Episcopal Church and served on the Vestry for many years. She also was a member of Danvers Art Association where she won many awards for her jewelry designs.
Jackie and her husband David travelled extensively and often to Europe. To such locations as Germany, Russia, Iceland, Greenland, Spain, England and Ireland. Jackie enjoyed her yard and garden, she loved to exercise and walk, she had many interests that she contributed time to and volunteered including the Womens Friend Society in Salem, MA. She loved sitting in her yard and visiting her neighbors. In her younger years she loved sunbathing and exercising. She enjoyed spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia, NH. Jackie will be loved and missed by many friends, community members and her family.
Her wake will be at Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St. Salem, on January 2, 2025, from 4-7pm. Her Funeral Service will be Friday January 3, 2025, at the St Peters Episcopal Church at 11am in Salem, MA. Donations can be made in her honor to St. Peters Episcopal Church in Salem, MA.
