Salisbury and Salem, MA – It is with profound sadness that Dawn and David Atkinson announce the unexpected but peaceful passing of their beloved son Jacob David Atkinson on November 21, 2016.  Words cannot express how heart broken we are, yet we are both grateful and blessed to have been part of his life's journey for 20 years.  He leaves behind his sisters Jessica Atkinson and Ashley Petrosky, His Nana, Mary Lou Scialdone, his grandparents, David and Doris Atkinson, and various other family members and friends.  Jacob will be greatly missed by all.

Visiting hours for Jacob will take place on Saturday November 26, 2016 from 11AM to 2PM at the Murphy Funeral Home 85 Federal St. (corner of North St.) Salem, MA 01970.
