Harvey is survived by: his wife Sheila (Dunn) Dragon; his children Ralph R. Dragon and Dana C. Dragon; and his step children Ernest Belleau IV, Joseph Belleau, and Eric Belleau; and many nieces and nephews.  He is predeceased by his brothers Henry Dragon and Richard Dragon; his sisters Corine Hidler and Joanne St. Pierre; and his children Harvey Dragon Jr. and Mark Dragon.  Harvey served in the US Army in Germany at the end of World War 2.

He was employed for many years as a Tour Bus Driver of McGinn Bus Lines in Lynn.
