Gregory Wyman Hazen passed away on February 16, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. He was the son of the late Henry H. Hazen and Virginia W. Hazen (Wyman).
Greg was educated in Marblehead schools until attending The Tilton School. He graduated from Bryant College and then enlisted in the U. S. Navy. He was accepted into O.C.S. program and became a Lt. on completion of the program, serving two tours of duty in Vietnam.
Greg was a great Boston sports fan. He loved the Bruins and the Red Sox. He played hockey for Marblehead and The Tilton School, and enjoyed skiing in Vermont and traveling.
Greg is survived by his brother, Henry H. Hazen and his wife Liz of Nordland, WA and his brother Andrew C. Hazen and his wife Judith of Lincolnville, ME. He had many nieces and nephews. His wife Ann Doliber Hazen lives in Marblehead, his two step-daughters, Jessica Manansala and Stephanie Lynch also live in Marblehead.
