Grace A. McElmon, 83, died May 21st after a short illness. Grace lived in Salem all her life and was married to the late Woodford McElmon. She was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Angelina Rizzotti.  Grace loved life, especially bowling and dancing. In her later years she treasured traveling with her family. She is survived by her children Wayne and his wife Pamela and their son Ryan, Doreen Wolcott and her husband Walter and step-daughter Linda Leblanc and her husband Terry and their children. Grace is also survived by her brother Salvatore Rizzotti as well as many friends, nieces and nephews.  She brought love and laughter to many lives and will be missed dearly.

Visiting hours for Grace will take place on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 9AM to 11AM at the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St. (corner of North St.) Salem, MA 01970.  A funeral service will be held at 11AM, also at the Murphy Funeral Home.  Interment will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery, 57 Orne St., Salem, MA 01970.  Immediately following interment, the family cordially invites you to a gathering at Acapulco's Resturaunt, Cummings Center, Beverly, MA  01915.   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.  For additional information or online guestbook please visit www.MurphyFuneralHome.com or call 978-744-0497.
