Dr. Buckley has always been a family man to the core. As a devoted parent, he was often found cheering from the sidelines of a vast array of athletic events or quietly observing a dance routine. The endeavours of his talented children, grandchildren and great grandchildren always filled him with a great sense of pride and brought a beaming smile to his face, but it was the simple pleasures of poolside barbecues that he enjoyed the most. Dr. Buckley and his much-loved bride of 69 years enjoyed many adventures over the years including travelling the world. One of their favorite trips was the trans Atlantic crossing on the S.S. France. Their love of life and each other was always evident wherever the couple was encountered. They truly were the life of every party, leading the pack with their renowned dance routines. It is this love of life that will continue on in all his dearly beloved that survive him.
