A vibrant part of Salem's civic and cultural life, Frances served as a former President of the Hamilton Hall Lecture Series, was a dedicated docent at the Peabody Essex Museum, and led a local Girl Scout troop. Her love of reading and enthusiasm for world travel enriched her life and those around her.
