Estelle (Legault) Godjikian of Salem, MA passed away peacefully in her home on November 4 ^th. She was born in Lawrence, MA on August 29 ^th 1934 to Estelle Mallet Legault and John R. Legault. She was a lifelong resident of Salem.

Estelle was a graduate of St James School in Salem.  She worked at Pequot Mills, Sylvania in Danvers and enjoyed keeping the children in line while working in the lunch program in the Salem school system before retiring in 1996.  Estelle enjoyed fishing, bowling, cribbage, playing cards, and the casino. She was a fantastic baker and knew how to throw a picnic or party!

She is survived by her husband of 65 years Arthur, her son Arthur and wife Connie of St Maries, ID., a son Michael and husband Timothy of Sunderland, VT., and daughter Debra Young and husband Barry of Groveland, MA. Nine siblings preceded her in death. She is additionally survived by a brother Albert Legault of Beverly, MA., and a sister Paula Lareau of Salem, along with four grand daughters, two great-grand children and dozens of nieces and nephews.

Estelle's visiting hours will be held at the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St, corner of North St, Salem on Friday, November 8, 2019 from 4 to 8 P.M.  Her Funeral Mass will be held at the Immaculate conception Church, 15 Hawthorne Blvd, Salem on Saturday November 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.  Burial will be held privately.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place • Memphis, TN 38105.  For additional information or online guestbook please call 978-744-0497 or visit www.MurphyFuneralHome.com.
