The daughter of George F. and Patricia McCabe, Eileen was a lifelong resident of Salem, Massachusetts. Eileen took pride in being from Salem and spent nearly 40 years working in various parts of municipal government. Eileen understood the importance of family and always welcomed everyone into her family. She looked forward to being by the ocean, spending afternoons at Winter Island and her family home on Cape Cod. Her easy-going and accepting nature made her someone who everyone could be friends with, this is evident in the life-long friendships that she shared with many.
