IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Edward Phillip
Pinanski
January 26, 1950 – January 8, 2025
DANVERS- Edward Phillip Pinanski, affectionately known as "Captain Ed" died peacefully at The Kaplan Hospice House in Danvers, MA with his close friends by his side. Ed was born on January 26, 1950, the son of Melvin and Irma Pinanski.
He spent most of his life in Beverly, MA, where he graduated Beverly High School in 1969. He became and electrician and opened his own business, Pinanski Electric. Ed was well respected in the electrical field, specializing in Fire Alarm Systems. He was an old school, honest, hardworking man. When not working, Captain Ed, was either on his sailboat "Querencia" or driving around looking for boat related parts or deals at the local stores. He is remembered for his famous brownies, and his love for celebrating any occasion. We hope that our dearest friend, Captain Ed, has sailed off on his Querencia… "that little, unspecified area in life's arena where one feels safe and serene".
There will be a memorial service in the Spring/Summer. Please consider donating to the Beverly Council on Aging or Senior Care that serves the Beverly area. For more information or online guestbook, please visit www.MurphyFuneralHome.com or call 978-744-0497.
