Desiree M. Sipes, 41, wife of Al W. Sipes, died unexpectedly on Sunday, June 2, 2013, at home. Born in Trenton, NJ, the daughter of Raymond and the late Joan (Gliem) Otto, Desiree was educated locally in the Trenton area. As a student in Nottingham High School, Mrs. Sipes became a football cheerleader. She met her boyfriend, Al, a football player, through their mutual interest and became high school sweethearts. Following their high school graduation in the Class of 1990, Desiree attended Mercer County College until becoming employed by the State of New Jersey. As life began to settle down, Desiree and Al married and later moved to Rowley, MA, where they most recently lived. In addition to her father, Raymond Hutton and his wife, Phyllis, of Hamilton Square, NJ, she is survived by her grandmother, Sylvia; a brother, Raymond Hutton, of Pennsylvania; and a sister, Samantha Otto, of New Jersey. Cremation services were held on June 6, 2013, in Salem MA. In addition, a memorial service will be held at St. Mark's Methodist Church on Paxton Avenue in Hamilton Square on June 15 at 7 p.m. "To My Sweet Angel, I will always cherish you and as long as I live you will never Die, I will see you again soon, Boo. You will always be with me and you will always own my Heart, my sweet Angel, Desiree. I was and will always be your Lion and Shield. A Piece of my soul has died with you. I will Always be at your side. No Husband ever loved his wife more than I love you, Boo."
