Salem, MA - Deborah Rankin Green (Broyer) passed away on June 4, 2021 at the age of 74.

Debbie was born in Salem, Massachusetts on June 6, 1946, daughter of the late Shirley and Joseph Broyer and wife of the late William Francis Green, Jr.

Debbie is survived by her three children, Laurie Micsky and her husband Thomas, Stacey Ehrensberger and her husband, Robert and Amy Green. She is also survived by her companion of 15 years, David Wright. In addition, she is survived by her three siblings David Broyer (Chris), Barbara Mahoney (Michael), Bill Broyer (Sue); as well as 5 grandchildren and 4 grand dogs.

A loving mother and homemaker, Debbie raised her three children and was known to be a remarkable cook. She enjoyed hosting gatherings for family and friends. She was also a lifelong New England Patriots and Red Sox fan. She loved spending long summer weekends at her cottage in Maine, but what she enjoyed the most was taking care of her two Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Sam and Gabby.

Visiting hours for Debbie will be held Thursday, June 10, 2021, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal Street, Salem, MA 01970. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021, at 10 a.m., also at the Murphy Funeral Home. Interment will follow services at Greenlawn Cemetery, 57 Orne Street, Salem, MA 01970.
