Daniel W. McNeill III, age 65, of Manchester, NH passed away on April 16, 2015 in Salem with family. He was the son of the late Daniel and Ann (Dunn) McNeill. Born in Newton and raised in Brighton, he joined the United States Marines and was assigned to serve overseas during the Vietnam War. Mr. McNeill was employed by Mack Truck in Brighton, and most recently was a manager of the Call Center at McDevitt Trucks in Manchester, NH.

Mr. McNeill is survived by sisters, Maureen Morrison of Salem and Carol Jenkins of Watertown, brothers Gary McNeill of Peabody, Richard McNeill of Lebanon, NH, Brian McNeill of Lynn, and Michael McNeill of Tyngsboro, many nieces and nephews as well as his dear friends Jim and Jean Zaccagnini of Reading. He was pre-deceased by brother Paul McNeill of Portsmouth, NH.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 9:15 AM from the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St. (Cor of North St) Salem to be followed by a funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in The Immaculate Conception Church, 15 Hawthorne Blvd, Salem. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be Monday, April 20th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Funeral Home.
