Connie Fraser, who was 86 years old, was a loving mother, sister, friend, aunt, and person. Everyone who met Connie could say she was an interesting lady with a vivid imagination. She was an aspiring author and a proud liberal who felt at home advocating for any cause she deemed important. She had a powerful Buddhist faith that sustained her through many difficult challenges over the past 40 plus years. She was compassionate and kind and will be deeply missed by her daughters, Rische and Heather, her two granddogs Winston and Sidney, her brother, Bruce, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Buddhist ceremony and memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 18th from 1:00Pm to 2:30PM at 25 Grant Road, off Loring Ave in south Salem, MA 01970. A period of visitation will be held immediately following the service from 2:30PM to 4:00PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Northeast Animal Shelter 347 Highland Ave., Salem, MA 01970.
