Colin Wiltberger Felt, 33, of Arlington, MA (born and raised in Salem, MA) died Saturday, May 13, at his home in Arlington from a life-long battle with mental illness.
A true renaissance person, Colin is well known for his fathomless creativity. His writing, painting, baritone voice, and storytelling touched the hearts of all who knew him. The work he leaves behind will be a balm to his family and friends who will miss him always. Colin attended Phoenix School in Salem and was a graduate of Waring School in Beverly. He attended Salem State as a Tsongas Scholar, majored in Theatre Performance, and was very involved in the department there.
Colin is survived by his loving mother Helen Watson-Felt (Salem, MA), sister Caroline , sister-in-law Catherine Bertrand, nephew Gavin Rhys Watson-Bertrand, grand-mother Elisabeth Thomas of Georgetown, uncle Sam Watson, and cousins: Hannah Watson, Rosalie Moors, and Nina Watson of Calfornia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of Colin be made to Grace Church in Salem.
