Cherylann Foster, RN, age 54, of Salem, died Sunday morning, February 5, 2012 in North Shore Medical Center, following an illness of several months.
Born in South Boston the daughter of Alice (Ford) Foster of Salem and the late John Foster, she was raised and educated in Wenham. Following her graduation from the Lawrence Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Cherylann was employed as a dialysis nurse in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, until becoming ill.
She enjoyed arts and crafts, was a certified scuba diver as well as an avid reader.
In addition to her mother, Cherylann is survived by her twin sons Sean P and Shane M of North Beverly; a sister Kathy and her husband Thomas Camire of Salem a niece Tracey Goode and her 2 children Alyssa and Jeremy; a nephew and John and his wife Joanna Camire of North Reading. She was predeceased by a sister Alice McCarthy.
Her Funeral will be held on Friday , February 10, 2012 at 9:15 AM from the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St., (cor of Rte 114, exit 25 A from rte 128) Salem to be followed by a funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Anne Church, 290 Jefferson Ave., Salem. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visitation Thurs from 4-8PM. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem.
