Cecilia M. (Monahan) Collins age 97, wife of the late Kenneth Collins
of Marblehead, formerly of Bronxville, NY died Sunday morning in the
Devereux House Nursing Home.


Born in Yonkers, NY, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Mary
(Shea) Monahan. A graduate of Seton Academy in Yonkers, NY, she was a
valued employee for two decades in the Bronxville School system until
her retirement in 1980.


She was an enthusiastic member of the Bronxville Seniors and a
volunteer with Hospice.


Mrs. Collins is survived by her daughter Marilyn Collins of Salem, MA;
a daughter in law Arlene Collins of Norwalk, CT; six grandchildren and
5 great grandchildren.


She was predeceased by a son W. Kenneth Collins, Jr.


Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. in St. Joseph's
Church, Yonkers, NY. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited
