Salem……

Cecile (Paquette) Peluso age 90, wife of Vincent Peluso of Salem died Tuesday evening in the Kaplan Family Hospice House, Danvers.
A lifelong resident of Salem, she was educated in Salem schools, the daughter of the late Joseph and Grace (Paquette) Jodoin. After completing her schooling, Mrs. Peluso served in the United States Navy. During her service to the country she was also trained as a hairdresser and following her discharge became a hairdresser for many years.

A deeply religious person, her life was centered around her family and their activities as well as caring and cooking for everyone. She and her family also enjoyed to travel and were blessed with many wonderful vacations.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Peluso is survived by two daughters Janet and her husband Paul DuBois of Salem and Nancie Eleanor Peluso of Medford; a brother Henry Paquette of San Juan Capastrano, CA; two sister Theresa Raby of Chelmsford and Eleanor Costello of Peabody; two grandchildren Michael B and his wife Donna Fritz and Andrew T. Fritz all of Salem; two great grandchildren Jake and Sophia Fritz of Salem and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two brothers Lucien and Raymond Paquette.

Her funeral will be held on Tues Nov 13 at 10:00 A.M. in the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St. (cor of North St) Salem. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be Monday from 4 to 8 P.M. in the Murphy Funeral Home, Salem. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem.
