Carole L. Burns left this earthly realm on August 8, 2023, after a rather long illness.  She was 86 years old.

It would be wrong to say that Carole lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Carole stayed strong. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. There was no quit in Carole. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn't mean she lost her fight.

Carole is survived by her son Paul. Per Carole's request, there will be no funeral service, but ask you to remember her in your own way and celebrate her strength and her life.
