Carol Lucille (Noval) Caulfield, age 74, wife of the late Thomas Caulfield, died Wednesday October 7, 2015 at Mass. General Hospital. Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lucille (Burrdels) Noval. Carol attended local schools and joined the U.S. Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1966.
In 1975 Carol moved to Lynn. She worked for the Crombie Street Shelter as a secretary and retired from that position. She was a devoted mother, and grandmother who loved her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Christine Hesson. She also leaves behind her Aunt Andrea Vargo, and two grandchildren, Paige and Gregory. She is predeceased by her son, Jefferson Hesson, her brothers Stephen and Charles Noval, and her sister Janet Kenton.
Carol's Funeral Service will be held at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Marblehead on Tuesday October 13, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. At the request of the family there will be no Visiting hours.
